Exchange trading fees
For each transaction on the CITY token exchange, a 2% trading fee is applied. This fee is distributed to support various aspects of the ecosystem, as follows:
1. 0.5% to Token Treasury: This portion is allocated to the treasury of the CITY token, supporting the token’s ongoing development, maintenance, and future initiatives.
2. 0.5% to Unit Treasury: A contribution to the Unit treasury, which helps fund broader platform operations and sustainability.
3. 0.5% to Inviter: If the trading user was invited to the platform, 0.5% of the transaction fee goes to the inviter, incentivizing user engagement and community expansion.
4. 0.5% to Pool (Rewarding Exchange Stakers/LPs): This portion is directed to the reward pool for exchange stakers or liquidity providers (LPs), encouraging liquidity provision and supporting a healthier trading environment.
Token Pricing Calculation
Token prices on the exchange are calculated based on current supply and demand dynamics, as well as recent transaction prices. The 2% fee is applied separately to the transaction amount and does not affect the displayed token price directly.
This fee structure balances contributions to various key areas, supporting the token ecosystem, community growth, platform sustainability, and liquidity incentives.
